Manufacturing Plant & Machinery

1,800 Tons/Year compounding infrastructure in Jaipur, Rajasthan, featuring Twin Screw Extruders, Single Screw lines, Kneaders, and segregated machinery lines.

Facility Architecture

High-Shear Compounding & Contamination Prevention

Located in Jhotwara Industrial Area, Jaipur, our manufacturing plant is engineered to provide precise thermal and shear control during polymer melt compounding.

To prevent cross-contamination between light, dark, and functional compounds, we operate separate dedicated machinery lines for White Masterbatch, Colour Masterbatch, Black Masterbatch, and Filler Compounds.

Manufacturing Quality Flow

ISO 9001:2015 Monitored Production

01 / STAGE

Raw Material Testing & Weighing

Carrier resins, organic/inorganic pigments, and additives undergo incoming quality verification and precise batch weighing.

02 / STAGE

Kneading & Pre-Dispersing

High-torque industrial kneaders blend and wet the pigment particles, breaking agglomerates to ensure uniform distribution.

03 / STAGE

Twin Screw Melt Extrusion

The formulation is processed through co-rotating twin-screw extruders under controlled temperature and shear profiles.

04 / STAGE

Cooling & Strand Pelletizing

Continuous polymer strands are cooled in temperature-regulated water baths and cut into uniform, dust-free cylindrical granules.

05 / STAGE

Laboratory Inspection

Samples from each batch are tested for colour accuracy, MFI, and dispersion consistency before release approval.

06 / STAGE

25kg Packaging & Dispatch

Finished masterbatches are sealed in 25kg moisture-barrier laminated bags with batch test certificates for dispatch.
